What if you felt fully energized while eating healthy, delicious foods? Imagine being in a state of healthful living with weight falling away as you experience improved mood and energy.

Our bodies are complex systems that science is just beginning to truly understand. We are slowly learning that dieting and nutrition is more than managing calories. There are a multitude of processes that maintain metabolism, and if certain processes aren’t fed, you can fall into a state of maladaptation. Current research shows that the genetics of metabolism is an innate phenomenon that varies from person to person. The modern diet and our contemporary environment is a cause of chronic disease from both stress and poor nutrition.

In this series of courses, I’m going to cover the scientific basis of nutrition and exercise, energy pathways through our bodies, how diet affects the body system, and the way these topics can influence metabolic pathways.

The food you put into your body has widespread effects and during this three part course you will learn what foods to avoid, how to prepare healthy meals, and the best way to create proactive habits. Other topics covered will include ways to combat stress hormones, balance your metabolism, and restore the levels of energy you felt in your youth. You will receive tools to make healthful decisions, judge dieting fads, and recognise the signals your body gives when it is out of balance.

My mission is to give you the most groundbreaking research in order to provide your body with the nutrition it needs so you are functioning at your ideal state. If you follow the guidelines demonstrated in this course, you will begin feeling more energized, be more apt to exercise, and have the will to fight against sluggishness and malaise.

Science Educator and Physician

Dr Jacquie

Dr Jacquie is a Naturopathic and Oriental Medical Physician and international educator, specializing in Generative Medicine which studies bioenergetics using systems biology and bioinformatics to interpret nutrigenomics. Her work has the unique perspective of understanding epigenetics through the lens of the ancient and a new cosmology which views life force as the electrophysical results of energy moving through matter. The interconnectedness of genes and environment are intimately woven together by the special properties of the molecular attraction of water and cellular components. Water structure oscillates between activity and rest, the fundamental universal principle. Dr Jacquie is an international speaker featured on the Electricity of Life podcasts and has presented at the  EU2017 Conference in Phoenix, AZ, August 17-20, 2017 on "The Electric Activity in the Plasma of Living Cells" and in London for the GCRN in September 2017 on “Recharging Your Body Batteries.” She has lectured in Germany and at the University of Bridgeport, Center of Excellence, Naturopathic Medical School and her Alma Mater, Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She graduated with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 1998 and has a masters degree from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Her research into interfacial water has enhanced her understanding of how to provide tools to personalise nutrition and lifestyle. Interfacial water behaves like plasma. Ionized plasma stores and conducts energy electrically. When water interfaces with other atoms, unique water clusters form in resonant memory lattices, instantaneously conveying information electromagnetically for action locally and at a distance. Memory is a form of stored energy as resonant water structures. In this way, cellular water is capable conducting energy and information in the business of adapting to environmental conditions. The influence on an organism in a global, hierarchical fashion includes DNA expression, self-organisation and whole-body systems communication with metabolic networks. It has been my dream to have the tools to support my body and spirit so that I can achieve the wellness and longevity I was born to have. I want to take action, stay the course, and reap the benefits. I am focused and I am determined. Show me how and I will succeed.#4. I want to be confident I am choosing the food, supplements and any medications I may need with the lifestyle and exercise plan is right for me.#5. I want to laugh and enjoy life and have fun and feel confident and attractive to others but more importantly, I want to feel these things about myself, because I deserve it.These are 5 things I am dedicated to imparting to this program. I want to teach you the real science of life by showing how vitality is maintaining connectedness to life force and how a re-examination of scientific principles are the key to unlock how to do it.This is not some 21-day diet or magic bullet to cure what ails you, cooked up by a fortune 500 company or a youthful faddist. I am 66-years old still think it’s possible to be in the best shape of my life. That dream has not died, and if anything, with each and every day I remain committed to my plan, that dream gets more real and more possible.I want to change how science and health are taught.I want to contribute to the health and medical industry to transform science to an active work in progress rather than maintaining the status quo of special interest groups by settling for dogma and gold standards or a one size fits all methodology. This science inspires a dynamic interdisciplinary activity and it is hoped will spur more discoveries to liberate the human condition in a free world.I want to give people education about the uniqueness of their bodies.People should not feel belittled because science and medicine are made to be confusing and over their heads. People do not want to feel bad about their bodies and feel helpless to decide what to do for themselves.Feeling bad about yourself or your level of health makes you less motivated to improve. It kills self-love and the energy you need to set aside the kind of time it takes to change; you need to be kind to yourself.Who is this program good for?People who have the desire to focus on having strength, ease and grace with mind and body is half the battle, but having the know-how provides the motivation to put in the effort.
